Stringfellows Summer Music Seminar

“I think this camp is outstanding. The experience broadened my child’s interest in her instrument and she has been practicing “on her own” and enjoying playing more than ever! She made lots of new friends and tells everyone how much she loved her time at StringFellows. — StringFellows parent

StringFellows is designed to serve as a preparatory program for students of violin, viola, cello and bass. This seven-day residential music camp will focus on building the musical skills necessary for success on one’s instrument. Rising 7th – 9th graders are eligible to attend.

The camp’s activities will be anchored by a string orchestra which will rehearse 2-3 times a day. Daily classes in music history and theory will be offered. StringFellows will conclude with a concert and awards ceremony on Saturday morning.

Registration for the 2018 Stringfellows is now closed.
